The Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE), the Ministry of Transport and Logistics, and National Oil Ethiopia jointly announced the launch of two digital applications, CBE Birr and Fuel Up, that facilitate the payment of fuel transactions with the aim of modernizing the fuel payment system.
