Ethiopia Finalizing New Road Safety and Insurance Fund Service Regulation
Dagmawit Moges, Ethiopia's Minister of Transport and Logistics, announced that Ethiopia is finalizing a new Road Safety and Insurance Fund Service Regulation. The regulation allocates at least 5 percent of road fund fee to Post-crash emergency medical services, she noted.
