Ethiopia gained USD 907.56 million in nine months by exporting more than 169 thousand tons of coffee, tea, and spices. Germany, Saudi Arabia, the United State, Kenya, the United Kingdom, China, and India were the major export destinations.

Ethiopian Embassy in Islamabad announced that Ethiopia-Pakistan Business Forum would be held in Karachi during the second week of May. The forum has a goal of enhancing bilateral trade between Ethiopia and Pakistan.

British earthmoving construction firm PW Mining and Australian process plant construction company Lycopodium, have signed the Final Umbrella Agreement with Tulu Kapi Gold Mines (TKGM), a gold and copper exploration and development company. The Global Customer Interaction Center underwent a major reform in 2014, expanding its interaction scope with customers from call handling to an omni-channel interaction leveraging multiple channels including social media.

Ethiopia's meat exports have brought in USD 74 million during the last nine months of the 2022/2023 fiscal year, as reported by the Livestock Development Institute (LDI). Ethiopia exported 16,000 tons of meat to the global market during this period.

Ethiopian Enterprises Development (EED) announced that the development of Ethiopian enterprises resulted in the export of products worth over USD 26 million in the last nine months alone. EED also reported that it had successfully provided over USD six million worth of products manufactured by enterprises for export. The institution held a forum yesterday in Jigjiga to discuss the implementation of its plan for the fiscal year.
