One of Ethiopia’s chamber of commerce and sectoral association, Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Associations (AACCSA) is going to hold the 9th annual meeting of the Chamber again on March 3, 2015. During the meeting it will also conduct election of board members, president and vice president.

A new electric cable manufacturing factory is set to be built in Gondar city. The factory, which will be constructed by Jantekel Warka Trade Co., S.C., will cost Birr 300 million.

The Ministry of Transport and Logistics has announced the successful implementation of the electronic fuel payment system. The system offers multiple payment options, including Tele Birr, CBE Birr, Fuel app, and Copay-ebirr and has facilitated over Birr 24 billion in transactions nationwide and is currently being used in 1,317 gas stations across the country. Over 10 million electronic fuel transactions have been conducted using these payment options since the system's national implementation.
