An Ethiopian - Indian business forum has been held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, aiming to promote foreign direct investment and business-to-business linkage between Ethiopian and Indian companies, the Ethiopian Ministry of Foreign Affairs revealed.

A two-day Ethiopian-Italian business forum, which has been going on for two days in Addis Ababa, has come to a conclusion today. The forum aimed at further strengthening economic ties between Ethiopia and Italy.

An Ethiopia -Italy Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Forum was held in Milan, Italy. Higher government officials from the Ethiopian government, including Industry State Minister, Sisay Gemchu, and Director General of the Ethiopian Investment Agency, Fitsum Arega attended the event.

The Ethiopia-Japan Trade and Investment Symposium commenced today in Addis Ababa, bringing together over 50 Japanese company representatives, government officials, and key stakeholders.

The African Development Bank (AfDB) has granted a loan of Euro 26.1 million to construct an underground power transmission line as part of the Ethiopia-Kenya electricity highway. The project aims to boost power supply to Kenya's Laikipia Airbase and surrounding areas.
