Bombardier Transport concluded a contract with Yapi Merkezi, the Turkish construction company working on design and construction of Ethiopia’s 400 Kilometers Awash-Weldia line, to supply the mainline signalling solution for the project. The agreement concluded between the two is worth approximately U.S. $ 45 Million.
According to a research that came out on Tuesday, October 07, 2014 revealed Ethiopia has the potential to earn U.S. $ 5 Billion every year from the mining sector.
