The Federal High Court Lideta Civil Bench suspended the foreclosure of Holland Car Plc. (HC) a day before the opening of the auction on Saturday 15th May 2015, according to Capital.

Coffee Plantation Development Enterprise (CPDE) said it has secured over 81 million birr net profit from export of coffee and other agricultural commodities during the concluded Ethiopian Fiscal Year. 

Speaking in a meeting held in Jimma Town, Oromia State on Monday, 26 August, 2013 to evaluate the past year's performance report and plan of action for the current fiscal year, Enterprise General Manager, Ephrem Mersihe Hazen said the the enterprises earning has exceeds the previous year by 64 million Birr. He said over 34,300 quintals coffee was exported to Belgium, Germany, USA, France, Australia, the Netherlands, Italy and South Africa during the reported period.

China Railway Engineering Corporation (CREC), the company contracted for the Addis Ababa Light Rail Transit Project, has began laying overpass bridges, Walta Information Center reported.

Construction of the 34 km electric light rail project includes six overpass bridges in various sections and an underground tunnel on the north end.

The Ethiopian Capital Market Authority is working on establishing credit rating services to accredit the financial status of borrowers, aiming to foster confidence between creditors and debtors. Addis Chamber of Commerce, along with International Center for Risk Assessment (ICRA) which is located in UAE, have signed a memorandum of understanding to introduce credit rating services in Ethiopia.
