Allana Potash Afar’s potash mine concession, which is found in Afar State, was taken over by Ethiopia’s government following tax claims by the Ethiopian Revenue and Customs Authority (ERCA).
The Indian based meat processing company, Allanasons Group, is finalizing a deal for the purchase of Akshakar Export Abattoir for a total of U.S $ Nine Million.
The second Alle Bejimla wholesale cash and carry store was opened on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at Kality. The third store is expected to be opened on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at Merkato.
Ethiopia’s state owned wholesale enterprise, ALLE, disclosed it is set to open five additional stores in April.
ALLE disclosed it aims to supply consumer goods that are worth 354 Million Birr during the current fiscal year.
