Ethiopia, UAE to Build Aluminium Extrusion Plant Jointly
Gulf General Investment Company, a Dubai-based conglomerate whose net worth is about 3.7 billion dollars and M2K Business Services, a local company, are jointly planning to set up an aluminium extrusion plant at the outskirts of Addis Ababa.
The extrusion plant, which is planned to be constructed at Sululta in the Finfinne Special Zone, is estimated to cost 12 million dollars.
Ethiopia and the United Kingdom signed two grant agreements amounting to £105 million aimed at providing support development programs in four regions of Ethiopia.
Ethiopia and the World Bank (WB) had signed two loan agreements on October 22, 2015, worth USDs 600 and 5.1 million, according to Ethiopian News Agency.
