During the first 10 months of the current fiscal year, Ethiopia generated 3.8 billion Birr from the export of electricity. Nevertheless, this was short of the target set by the beginning of the current fiscal year, 4.7 billion Birr.
In the past 9 months of the current fiscal year, Ethiopia earned 72 million USD from the export of meat. This was disclosed by the Ethiopian Meat and Dairy Industry Development Institute (MDIDI).
Ministry of Culture and Tourism disclosed, Ethiopia earned around 872 million USD exclusively from foreign tourist flows during the first 3 months of the current fiscal year.
