Ethiopian Airlines, the fastest growing and the most profitable Airline in Africa, has graduated 52 Aviation Maintenance Technicians, 47 Marketing and 25 Finance trainees on December 26, 2103 at a graduation ceremony held at the airline's Headquarters.
The Ethiopian Airlines Aviation Academy (EAAA), a full ICAO TRAINAIR Plus member and IATA authorized global training center, graduated 14 pilots, 53 Aviation Technicians, 38 Marketing Agents and 38 Cabin Crew at a ceremony held at Ethiopian Airlines Headquarters on Monday 25 January 2016.
The Ethiopian Aviation Academy on Thursday graduated 61 cabin crew and 38 marketing trainees.
On the occasion, Ethiopian CEO Tewolde Gebremariam said a premier aviation academy is being built on the continent as part of the Vision 2025 of supporting the development of the aviation industry in Ethiopia and in Africa with skilled personnel.The Ethiopian Airlines Aviation Academy graduated 12 pilots, 60 flight attendants and 125 aviation maintenance technicians 
last week.
The Academy contributes significantly to the success of the airline by preparing trained manpower in all sectors said Tewolde Gebremariam, Chief Executive of the airline speaking on the occasion.
Ethiopian Airlines expects to employ 17 thousand personnel by the year 2025 and most of these employees will be graduates for the Aviation Academy he said.
The Aviation Academy of Ethiopian Airlines, Ethiopia’s flag carrier, graduated 20 pilots and 22 Aviation Maintenance Technicians at a ceremony held at the airline headquarters on the 30th of April.
The graduating pilots completed more than 695 hours of classroom and Multi-Engine aircraft training which included 60 hours of in flight training devices. The graduates have also qualified the ICAO level-1 English proficiency requirement as part of their training.
The Aviation Maintenance Technicians graduates have been trained with B737 Aircraft Avionics system course which enabled them to acquire the required theoretical and practical knowledge to qualify then as Aviation Technicians.
