The Public Procurement & Property Administration Agency (PPPAA) is to push the threshold levels it uses to distinguish between local and international competitive bids in its preparation to amend Proclamation No. 649/2009.
Ethiopian Electric Power (EEP) announced that eight transmission lines and distribution station projects including the 230/33 KV substation in Beqoji and the 230/33/15 KV substation in Debretabor were planned to be constructed in the 2022/2023 fiscal year. Fuel price adjustments were made on August 29 this year. The Ministry cited the global surge in fuel prices as the main reason for the fuel price increment. The revision of retail selling prices for petroleum products is determined monthly based on the global oil market prices and occasionally remains unchanged.
