Ethiopian investment opportunities were promoted to Zhejiang enterprises in Hangzhou City, the capital of Zhejiang Province of China, the Ethiopian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced.
AccorHotels, a French multinational hospitality company that owns, manages and franchises hotels, resorts and vacation properties, said it is planning to open seven hotels in Ethiopia by 2020. AccorHotels is the brand name for the company Accor S.A.
Ethiopia stands fourth in hotel development, a survey by W Hospitality Group, a Lagos-based firm, makes known.

Ethiopia Commodity Exchange (ECX) said it traded commodities amounting to a worth of 3.3 billion birr in the month of April.
