IATF 2025

Trade and investment agreements worth more than USD 44 billion are expected to be finalized at the fourth edition of the Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF 2025), scheduled for 4–10 September 2025 in Algeria.

Organized by the African Export-Import Bank in partnership with the African Union and the AfCFTA Secretariat, the event will run under the theme “Building Bridges for a Successful AfCFTA.” It aims to accelerate the African Continental Free Trade Area by fostering intra-African commerce and economic integration.

Following previous editions in Cairo (2018, 2023) and Durban (2021), IATF 2025 is set to draw over 35,000 delegates from 75 countries, including heads of state, senior officials, investors, and industrialists. More than 2,000 businesses, investment agencies, and development institutions will showcase opportunities in sectors such as infrastructure, agriculture, health, creative industries, youth entrepreneurship, automotive manufacturing, finance, and ICT.

The fair will also feature specialized forums, including the Trade and Investment Forum, Creative Africa Nexus, Africa Automotive Show, Youth Start-Up Pavilion, and IATF Virtual Platform.

With a projected reach of over 1.2 billion people in a market valued at more than USD 3.4 trillion, IATF 2025 is positioned as a key driver of Africa’s trade transformation and industrial growth.
