Ethiopia's Ministry of Trade and Regional Integration announced that fuel prices remain unchanged for yet another 30-day period, until April 8, 2022. However, light and hard black diesel, and airplane fuel prices are subject to revision, it has been learned. 

The decision, the Ministry said, has been made to help stabilize economic and social situations. However, fuel price revision may be made after the set period in light of the global price of fuel.

The Ministry of Trade and Regional Integration has further called on the society to develop a habit of wise fuel usage, as well as cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prevent illegal fuel sale schemes.
