Addis Ababa Transport Bureau said that it will adjust public transport tariff following the increase in fuel prices this month, and announce it in a few days.
The Bureau stated it is completing its assessment on the transport tariff increase in relation with the rise in fuel prices, noting that it is performing "preliminary works" and will announce the tariff change in a few days.
Until the adjusted tariff rate is announced, the Transport Bureau called on all public transport services providers to keep serving the society without making any increment in their fares.
