Anbessa City Bus Service Enterprise (ACBSE) is to undertake a reform program to offer modern and computer assisted services to its clients, according to Fana Broadcasting Corporate.

Among the reforms ACBSE intends to launch the coming month are changing the paper ticket into electronic ticketing system, using GPS navigation to track the movement of buses, improving the financial system efficiency and providing training for employees.

Alemnew Getnet, Manager of ACBSE, told FBC on January 5, 2016, the World Bank through the Addis Ababa city Administration extended USD 19.7 million for the reform program.

Besides the reform program, ACBSE has started expansion of depots.
