The Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) and the Ministry of Finance have jointly introduced the Government Procurement Card (GPC) to facilitate digital purchasing within government institutions.

The understanding between the four entities will allow those who visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to settle their service fees for document authentication services easily while the customers of Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia can pay through telebirr for certificate of registration, renewal of registration certificate, and issuance of temporary registration certificate.
