Mati Mutiplex Cinema disclosed it intends to expand and open branches across major state cities in Ethiopia. New cinema branches are going to be opened in Adama, Hawassa, Dire Dawa and Gonder. This is in addition to the Mekele and Bahir Dar branches which the Mati Multiplex is currently operating.
May Real Estate announced it will inaugurate its apartment complex built around Kazanchis, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. May built three blocks of condominiums that have 115 apartments. The complex is close to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA).
Construction on Megech Irrigation and Drinking Water Dam Project is launched, Fana Broadcasting Corporation reported.
Megech Seraba pump irrigation project, one of the projects being undertaken by Ethiopia’s Ministry of Water, Irrigation and Electricity (MWIE), will be finalized before the end of the current fiscal year. However, the project, which was commenced 9 years ago, took 6 more years from the scheduled time. Th delay is said to be because of problems on the original design.
Meisso-Dewele Railway Project, which is being constructed at the cost of USD 1.9 Billion has reached 65 percent completion rate.
