Ethiopia’s Information Network Security Agency (INSA) disclosed it has commenced an integrated cyber-security solution for banks. The system is said to protect banks from cyber-attacks.

All banks operating in Ethiopia are going to have a national payment system that grants them an integrated system of automated teller machines (ATM).

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) concluded a management agreement with an Ethiopian company, Tsemex Business Plc, for the purpose of developing Crowne Plaza Addis Ababa. This is said to represent the IHG’s entry to Ethiopia.
