Agricultural and industrial products that Ethiopia exported to the international market via Adama in the past six months have generated a total of USD 161 Million. This was disclosed by the Adama Branch Revenue and Customs Office.
One of Ethiopia’s wind farms that are under construction, Adama II wind farm, is expected to be completed and start generating 153 megawatt in June. The project is being carried out an outlay of USD 345 million.
The Adama II wind farm is said to have began operating three turbines on a trial basis and began generating electricity.
