Ethiopia has held a Consultation Forum with developmental partners on the Second Growth and Transformation Plan (GTP II) this week at the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, The Daily Monitor reported.
The first Arab Ethiopian Exhibition and Conference for Industrial Exports and Investment was held in Ethiopia on October 15, 2015, Ministry of Industry disclosed.
Ethiopia’s first National Hotel and Tourism Conference started in Addis Ababa today. The conference, the preparation of which has been announced last month, is organized by the Ethiopian Ministry of Culture and Tourism, in collaboration with the Ethiopian Hotel and Related Service Providers Employer’s Federation, the Addis Ababa Hotel Owners Association, and Ethiopian Tour Operators Association.
The Ethiopian Ministry of Trade and Industry said it plans to earn $3.7 billion from export this Ethiopian fiscal year, which ends in July.
