Ethiopia Earned US$419 From Export of Minerals
Ethiopia has earned US$419 million from export of minerals supplied by artisanal miners in the 11 months of the current Ethiopian Fiscal Year, according to the Ministry of Mines.
The earning is 30 percent short of the Ministry’s revised projection for the period.
Ethiopia earned US$44 million from the export of leather and leather products in the first quarter of the current fiscal year, the Ethiopian Leather Industry Development Institute said.
