Ethiopian Airlines announced that it has finalized all preparations to launch a thrice weekly flight to Marseille, France as of July 02, 2019.

Ethiopian Airlines announced that it is planning to add three more Chinese flight destinations. Tewolde Gebremariam, Group CEO of Ethiopian Airlines, said Ethiopian Airlines is waiting flight permits from Chinese authorities to fly to the Chinese destinations of Chongqing, Shenzhen and Zhengzhou.

Ethiopian Airlines will inaugurate its aviation academy expansion work next month. The expansion work was done at the cost of US$ 55 Million, according to The Reporter. The expansion work include a newly built multipurpose building that has classrooms, dormitories, library, IT center and cafeterias.

The Ethiopian Airlines has disclosed it will increase its services to four flights a week starting from September 16, 2015.

Ethiopian Airlines will increase its flight frequency to Oslo starting June 25 and will start flying daily to the Norwegian capital from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
