Ethiopia: Yotong and Ethio Engineering Group Agree to Manufacture Buses

China’s leading tractor manufacturer, YTO-CAMAC, laid a foundation stone in Mojo town to construct a factory which is capable of producing 10,000 tractors annually.
The company’s International Director, Mr. Liu Pi, vowed to work in coordination with Ethio-Engineering Group to modernize Ethiopia’s agriculture. The company is expected to become operational in 2015 E.C.
Zabidar Beer S.C. has joined Ethiopia’s beer market as the latest entrant with a beer which is 330 cl and has an alcohol content of 5 percent. The company has introduced pull of caps, also known as RipCap, for the first time in Ethiopia – meaning the beer bottles do not need bottle openers.
