Sunvado Avocado Oil Factory supplied 120 tons of avocado oil to foreign markets in the current fiscal year. The Netherlands is the main market destination for the company’s products.

Sunvado, which was founded in 2018, is located in Yirgalem Integrated Agro Industrial Park and works with 80 thousand farmers. It has created employment opportunities for 320 citizens. It is Tradin Organic’s, a Dutch company, processing facility for premium avocado oil.

The Federal Supreme Court is designing a new system which will set up mediation courts for civil disputes which will help in settling cases before they reach the regular courts. The legal framework is expected to come into force before the end of the current fiscal year.

The mediation courts, which will allow the disputants to settle their case within three months, will be established at the first instance and high court levels. The disputing parties will choose the mediators.

Ethiopian Road's Authority and SUR Construction PLC signed a contract to build the 104 km long Dansha-Abdrafi-Maycadran asphalt road, Fortune reported.

The 1.6 billion birr contract was signed on Tuesday, November 26, 2013, at the Ethiopian Road's Authority’s headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
