Ethiopia’s Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn opened Africa Hotel Investment Forum 2014 on Tuesday, September 30, 2014. The Forum is said to have attracted a global audience from the hotel and tourism industry.
Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed visited the Integrated Agro Industrial Park which is located in Central Eastern Oromia, Bulbula area and which is one of the four projects commissioned by the government. The Premier also visited the rural transformation center which is also being constructed in Shashemene, Oromia.
During discussing with local investors Prime Minister Haile Mariam Desalegn noted there is enough loan available to investors that are willing to invest in the manufacturing sector. The discussion was held on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 in Addis Ababa.

President Mulatu held discussion with 40 Indian business people about profitable investment sectors in Ethiopia. The Indian business delegation are interested to engage in manufacturing, renewable energy, education, health, and capacity building.
During the meeting, the delegation was assured that they would get all the necessary support from the Ethiopian government.
