Ovid Real Estate has announced plans to construct 5,000 homes for drivers of Hybrid Designs’ RIDE service and artists associated with Sewasew Multimedia. In a recent agreement, the two companies have committed to building a “Ride Family Village” in Gelan Gura, designed specifically for RIDE drivers.
In addition, Ovid Real Estate will offer discounted housing to artists, DJs, and professionals working with Sewasew Multimedia, providing them with homes at reasonable prices and special conditions. According to the company’s founder, Samrawit Fikru, RIDE drivers will have the opportunity to become homeowners with a 10% down payment.
The collaboration between Ovid Real Estate and Hybrid Designs will offer affordable, modern housing for RIDE employees, both in Ethiopia and abroad. Hybrid Designs will promote the home sales through its network.
Ovid Real Estate has also been working on large-scale housing projects using modern construction technologies, with over 70,000 homes being developed at various locations. Of these, 60,000 are being constructed in the city of Galan Gura.
Ovid Real Estate announced plans to construct and deliver 5,000 homes over the next two years as part of the partnership with Hybrid Designs and the associated institutions.
