Africa’s largest airline group, Ethiopian Airlines, is pleased to announce that it will add Antananarivo, Madagascar to its network as of 28 March 2017. Madagascar will join the ever expanding Ethiopian network of 95 worldwide destinations.
Ethiopia’s flag carrier, Ethiopian Airlines Group, disclosed it finalized arrangements to resume flights to the Capital of Republic of Guinea, Conakry, starting from February 1, 2017. This is expected to give the airline’s clients to be able to connect Conakry with major cities in Asia, Middle East as well as East and Southern Africa via Addis Ababa.
The 2 Horn of Africa countries, Ethiopia and Djibouti concluded a joint venture agreement on January 11, 2017 for the establishment of a company that will manage the newly built Ethio-Djibouti Railway. The agreement was signed in Djibouti as part of the agreement signed between the 2 countries before for the establishment of a joint company.
