Ethiopia, which is liberalizing its economy, is in the final stages of opening its logistics sector to foreign investment. This follows earlier reforms that allowed foreign investors to participate in the nation’s banking and finance sectors.

Ovid Real Estate has announced plans to construct 5,000 homes for drivers of Hybrid Designs’ RIDE service and artists associated with Sewasew Multimedia. In a recent agreement, the two companies have committed to building a “Ride Family Village” in Gelan Gura, designed specifically for RIDE drivers.
