HBM Group, a renowned pharmaceutical company, has unveiled plans to construct a state-of-the-art factory in Ethiopia's Kilinto Industrial Park, becoming Africa's first syringe factory with a production capacity of 1 million syringes per day.

The announcement emerged during a meeting between Mr. Gordon, the owner of HBM Group, and Aklilu Tadesse, CEO of Ethiopia's Industrial Parks Development Corporation (IPDC).

Founded in 1996 and headquartered in New York City, USA, HBM Group is a prominent player in the medical equipment industry and holds a leading position in China. Over the past eight years, the company has collaborated with the Ethiopian Pharmaceuticals Supply Agency (EPSA) and exports its products to more than 100 countries worldwide.
