The Amhara Credit and Saving Institution (ACSI) S.C said it has disbursed more than 2.3 billion Ethiopian birr loan during the past nine months.

Company Operation Sector Deputy General Manager, Agaje Getahun, told Walta Information Center, the loan was distributed among individuals engaged in production, service, trade, construction, animal fattening and other sectors.

According to the manager, Amhara Credit and Saving Institution S.C has a plan to disburse 4 billion Ethiopian birr loan to clients this Ethiopian fiscal year.

He said the company has also enabled its 1.5 million clients to save 2.3 billion Ethiopian birr.

Amhara Credit and Saving Institution (ACSI) S.C has 241 saving offices in Amhara Regional State.
