The Ethiopian Industrial Input Development Enterprise has reported a revenue of Birr 4.39 billion for the recently concluded fiscal year from the sale of industrial inputs, products, and other services.
According to the organization's CEO, Yeshimebet Negash, the company was able to achieve this through the establishment of a robust supply and marketing chain, as well as the provision of high-quality inputs.
The CEO highlighted that the organization is supplying raw materials and various inputs to manufacturing industries operating in sectors prioritized by the government, and doing so at reasonable prices. This support has contributed significantly to enhancing the manufacturing sector's capacity to operate at its full potential.
The enterprise has facilitated the production of essential resources such as food processing materials, industrial salt, soap raw materials, and medicines.
Looking ahead, the enterprise is committed to implementing a robust supply chain system that ensures the development of efficient and effective industrial inputs. The focus will be on strengthening the capacity of the enterprise’s branches across the country to enable independent buying and selling operations.
