The Federal Tax Appeal Commission announced that it had launched an online service system. According to Mulugeta Ayalew, President of the Commission, the system enables any person to lodge an appeal within 10 minutes and facilitates several applications at a time.

Mulugeta Ayalew also stated that awareness raising campaigns about the system were being carried out through the media. Experts of the Commission are also teaching the system to walk-in customers.

The Commission has noted that it will not stop its manual services until its customers become fully acquainted with the online system.
