Ethiopian Embassy in Turkey, Adana Chamber of Commerce, and the Consulate in Adana collaborated to host an investment forum in Adana which promoted the investment opportunities in Ethiopia. Turkish investors and Honorary Consuls of three cities participated in the forum which took place on May 26, 2022.

Ethiopian Investment Commission’s Commissioner Lelissie Neme briefed the participants about the favorable investment climate in Ethiopia, reforms in the investment sector, and the incentives and opportunities available for investors who invest in Ethiopia. Ambassador Adem Mohammed, Ambassador of Ethiopia to Turkey, also called on Turkish investors to utilize the trade and investment opportunities in Ethiopia.

President of Adana City Chamber of Commerce Atila Menevse, on his part, stated that the forum would enhance trade and investment ties between Turkey and Ethiopia.
