Ethiopian Airlines has been awarded by The African Airlines Association for registering the best financial results in 2010 and 
consistent profitability over the years.
Ethiopian Airlines was recognized with the award at the 43rd AFRAA Annual General Assembly held in Marrakesh, Morocco last week.
The award from fellow African carriers is an honor for Ethiopian Airlines said Yissehak Zewoldi, Vice President of Alliances and Corporate Strategic Planning, on receiving the award.The award recognizes the commitment shown by Ethiopian Airlines to enhance African Aviation to greater levels according to Yissehak.
Ethiopian airlines received three prestigious awards in 2011 for its outstanding service and achievements in the aviation industry.
