Over 130 Ethiopian agricultural companies are participating in the 25th Gulfood 2020 exhibition, one of the largest exhibitions for food manufacturers and traders in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Ethiopia's pavilion at the exhibition is dubbed, "Taste of Origins."

Mesganu Arga, Ethiopia's State Minister of Trade and Industry, opened Ethiopia’s pavilion on Sunday. The state minister on the occasion remarked the exhibition presents an ample opportunity for Ethiopian food manufacturers and traders to tap into the region's huge market potential for agricultural produce.

Mr. Mesganu also noted this global food exhibition will attract international visitors towards Ethiopia's produces of coffee, sesame, and others.

Pulses, oilseeds, spices, honey, and meat are also being exhibited at Ethiopia's pavilion.

The 25th Gulfood exhibition is currently underway in Dubai, from 16-20 February 2020.
