UN reports Ethiopia as one of the top destinations of FDI in Africa next to Angola.

According to UN’s annual report, from all the FDIs that were injected in African countries such as Angola, Egypt, Nigeria and Ghana, Ethiopia shares USD 3.2 billion. The report shows that Ethiopia increased its share of attracting FDI with 10pc, valued at 3.6 billion dollars. Two years back, the registered FDI in Ethiopia was USD 2.2 billion.

The continent’s flow of FDI shows a 20pc increment of USD 50 billion.
