Ethiopia Signs Air Service Agreement with 11 Countries

The Ethiopian Civil Aviation Authority has announced that Ethiopia has signed air service agreements with 11 countries. The agreement was signed at the 4th International Civil Aviation Negotiation Conference which held place in Mumbai.

Ethiopia will gain a range of benefits from the agreements including in the areas of investment, trade and tourism according to Endeshaw Yigezu Authority Air Transport Planning Directorate and Delegation Head.

The countries that signed agreements with Ethiopia are Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Cezch Republic, Norway, Slovakia, India, Poland, Iceland, Cameron and Jamaica.

Ethiopia also has air service consultation services with France, Britain, Bahrain, Singapore and United Arab Emirates.

Ethiopia has had consultations on air service with 16 other countries according to the Authority's press release.
