CBE Signed 70 Million Birr Worth Agreement with MoH

The state owned giant Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) signed an agreement with Ministry of Health (MoH) for the construction of 9 health centers in all the states of Ethiopia. The health centers are going to be constricted at an outlay of 70 million Birr.

The construction is scheduled to be completed in 8 months time and each of them serve 200,000 citizens.

According to Fortune, currently CBE and MoH are constructing 3 health centers in Gambela, Oromia and Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' states.

“Only a few contractors voluntarily cooperated with us in partial projects around Addis Abeba. Yet, CBEs far-reaching support is the first of its kind and exemplary for other big corporate institutions in the country,” said Amir Aman (MD), State Minister for MoH.
