The company set up by Ethiopia and Djibouti for the administration of Addis Ababa – Djibouti Railway is expected to start giving service this week.

According to Dr. Eng. Getachew Beteru, CEO of Ethiopian Railway Corporation, the trans – boundary company will be governed by Ethiopian law.

The joint venture company of the 2 Horn of Africa nations has finalized its preparations to start giving service.

According to the CEO of Ethiopian Railway Corporation, trial for the railway will start in March following the full operation of the railway administration company.
