Ethio-Germany business to business forum was held in Ethiopia on November 16, 2016. The forum aimed at promoting business and create market linkage between 36 local businesses and 20 German companies.

The forum was organized by the Ethiopian Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Associations (ECCSA) in collaboration with Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Media, Energy and Technology.

Commenting on the development ECCSA’s Deputy Secretary General, Wube Mengistu, said the forum will pave the way for transfer of technological innovations and sharing of knowledge with which the local businesses develop their skills.

Hirut Zemene, Director-General of Foreign Business and Diplomacy, on her part said, “The companies which are here today are very important to our interest since they focus on energy, construction and water technology’’.

The companies discussed energy, water and environment technology, electronic engineering, communications technology, and construction.
