The first Ethiopian Real Estate Expo in the North America is scheduled to be held for 2 days; from September 17, 2016 to September 18, 2016. The aim of the expo is to create a linkage between investors and real estate developers in Ethiopia.

The expo which is organized by 251 Communications, is said to create a chance for leading real estate developers to find buyers that are living abroad.

From 30 to 40 real estate developers that have already delivered residential units locally are said to take part in the expo.

CEO of 251 Communications, Addis Alemayehu, explained “We wanted to bridge the gap between potential real estate consumers and Ethiopian real estate developers by creating a platform to connect buyers and sellers.”

The expo will provide chances to explore numerous real estate property options along with their price packages, payment schedules and more, Addis further explained.

Public and private banks are also expected to take part in the expo to feature their mortgage services.
