Addis Ababa Saving Houses Enterprise disclosed the beginning of construction of 18-storey, 11 blocks condominium houses.

Under the 40/60 scheme, the enterprise has begun the construction of condos at a place commonly known as “Turist Nigd” to address the housing problem in Addis Ababa.

The 18-storey buildings will have a total of 2,343 housing units (528 single bedroom, 1,056 double bedrooms, 352 three bedrooms and 407 shops).

There will be 8,131 beneficiaries of the condo houses, it was learnt.
