As compared to the month of October, inflation rate for November decreased by 1.8 percent, a statement the Central Statistical Agency sent to FBC indicates.
Food inflation rate has declined by 4.7 percent when compared to October, as a result of a fall in prices of cereals, Pulses, vegetables and spices (specially Pepper).
Nevertheless, the non-food inflation rate has shown 8.4 percent increase because of the price rise in clothing and footwear, construction materials, firewood and household goods and furnishings.
