Alle Wholesale and Retail Organization (Alle Bejimla) seeks to control 20 percent share in Ethiopia’s market in the next three years, Walta Information Center reported.
According to Nuredin Ahmed, State Minister and Advisor of Trade Regulation at the Ministry of Trade, Alle has planned to open 36 stores in 27 cities to supply basic items in Ethiopia.
Challenges related to finance may not be easily addressed to open ample number of branches, he said.
Walta has learnt that Alle Bejimla was founded two years ago to stabilize the market and supply goods to distributors.
