Egypt-based PackTech for Real Estate Investment Company is to construct the first phase of its new factory for office furniture in Ethiopia early 2016, according to Chairman Alaa El Sakaty.

El Sakaty told Amwal Al Ghad on Thursday October 15, 2015, the construction of the new factory costs USD 10 million.

Even if the new factory’s production capacity is undetermined, its estimated production value will be at around USD 1 million, El Sakaty noted.

Lately, PackTech have launched power transformer factory in Ethiopia.
