Ethiopia is to host international conference on African textile industry for three days starting from October 19, 2015, Ethiopian News Agency reported.

Participants of the conference will be investors engaged in cotton, textile, tailoring and stakeholders, a press release issued by Ethiopian Textile Industry Development Institute states.

Holding the conference here in Addis Ababa will benefit Ethiopia to share experiences in textile and garment industry, it was learnt.

The conference will also avail an opportunity for the country to display the potential it has in the sector and bring in foreign investors and buyers as well.
