Ethiopian Jimma Agaro Coffee Rated 95% by a Review

Kenneth Davids and the Coffee Review, a reputed coffee review, had rated Ethiopian Jimma Agaro coffee 95% for an Ohio coffee roaster, Crimson Cup Coffee & Tea, according to Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

According to the reviewers, since the handcrafted coffee is delicate and lush, pure yet musky and deep, it is suitable for those who look for such kinds of quality in coffee.

Members of Biftu Gudina Cooperative grow the fully washed Ethiopian Jimma Agaro coffee at an elevation of 5,900 to 7,000 feet in Jimma Zone of Oromia Regional State of Ethiopia.

Biftu Gudina Cooperative was founded in 2012. The Cooperative to produce their coffee uses an eco-pulper, full immersion soak and raised-bed drying, according to the buyer. The outcome is “a super complex, sweet and juicy cup.”

The review states, when the coffee is prepared via wet or washed method (fruit skin and pulp are removed before drying), it gives great aromatic complexity and intensity with a particular emphasis on floral notes.
