The Addis Ababa City Administration Housing Development Administration Agency said it is going to transfer 38,000 condominium houses in November 2008 Ethiopian Calendar (EC).

After infrastructure facilities and social services are built in the condos, the houses will be handed over to the beneficiaries, said the Agency.

The Agency in a press conference held yesterday, September 10, 2015, said 2,000 condo shops will be ready for tender in 2008 EC.
